Captain Liberty is from a little show called The Tick. There were two versions of it (well, three, counting the comic. Two versions of a TV show, shhh): the animated show that

bugofjustice comes from, and the live action show from a few years back. Captain Liberty (and one day I will stop typoing the name) is the updated no-problems-with-copyright-here version of American Maid, which means that rather than however many seasons of canon from the cartoon there are, I really only have thirteen episodes to work with instead. Fox, I shake my fist at you again.

My girl is a superhero, but she doesn't have any powers. Technically, she's actually a government agent who has to worry about publicity and maintaining an image. She's very good at her job, though, and with the Tick, is one of the only competent superheroes in The City. Also, she has a trampy little costume. *points to icon*

She does have a private life, though, including a little something or other with fellow superhero Batmanuel, and will be getting out a little in Fandom. The thing is, she'll still be called Captain Liberty. She's got a secret identity (Janet) that she'll only really be sharing with those she becomes closer to, and she'll expect those who do find out to not blow her cover. So just FYI there.
